DarwinPW Realty President Rick Daly, Principal Nick Krejci, and Managing Broker George Cibula represented Automobile Mechanics' Local No. 701 Union in its sale of a 24,000-square-foot building located at 450 Gunderson Drive in Carol Stream to the Illinois Fraternal Order of Police Labor Council. The union is relocating from Western Springs. 'This is a very well-maintained office building with more than 100 cars to support meetings and daily operations,' Daly said. 'The space was already occupied by a similar user previously, so the transition should be relatively seamless.
